To decorate means to improve the appearance  of a place or a thing.It can also be interpreted  as grace.It can also be  interpreted  as honour.Mordecai was honoured, in the midst of his enemies. The Lord did it in such away that the man who wanted him dead was the one who decorated him.  I pray for you that the hour of your decoration has come  in Jesus name.
